Ladies Section

The Ladies Section has been active within SYSAC for over 30 years and play a key role in fund-raising and organising social activities within the club.

We hold an annual children’s Christmas party, where we organise food and presents for the children, featuring our special guest Father Christmas (arriving by powerboat!). We also host Champagne mornings, including our Wimbledon themed “Strawberries and Champagne” morning recently, which is popular with all our members!

ABOUT THE LADIES SECTION

The section also participates in other club events such as the Annual Water Carnival, by organising stalls and raising funds through the sale of tea, coffee and our delicious cakes.

The section meets on the first Thursday of the month in the clubhouse at 8.00 pm. Meetings usually last around an hour, and provide the opportunity to discuss previous events and plan for upcoming events.

HOW TO JOIN IN

We encourage all lady members to join us, and will provide a warm welcome – why not come along to one of our meetings to find out more?

We are a members club but visitors will be warmly welcomed into our clubhouse for a drink and a meal.
